I am rarely impressed by other technical people's results(I usually expect a lot and get a little). Genesis Billing Services has added a new name to its' client roster as a result of the power of their 24/7/365 salesperson, namely the website created for them by Ocular
Box. A pathology group found Genesis by conducting a web search for "pathology billing". After reading about Genesis' capabilities and seeing comments from satisfied customers, the Chief Pathologist used the contact page to log a request for follow up from Genesis. After numerous phone calls and a conference call with an existing Genesis client, the group committed to Genesis. Remarkably, the entire deal was consummated without travel to the client's location. In addition to website development services, Ocular Box also provided expertise in getting Genesis' site to rank high for certain keyword searches, hence the hit from the pathologist's search. The net monthly recurring revenue exceeds $8,000 per month and Genesis is now enjoying a handsome return on their investment in website design and development services from Ocular Box.

Project Notes
Ocular Box worked with Genesis Billing Services, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, on several projects. Ocular Box began by creating Genesis’s logo, which helped determine their color scheme and typography. Nextly, we created an information architecture based on the desired navigational features, and constant display of a sales message. Flash was used to create the intro, which was inspired by the concept of data flowing from customer, to Genesis, finally to the insurance companies. The goal, to convey that Genesis can make your pathologist insurance claims flow effortless through their system, and reduce the turmoil created by working directly with insurance companies.
Nextly, we helped design the user interface for their application. We also created a series of posters for a tradeshow booth at which Genesis demonstrated that software.
