Ocular Box Studios, Inc. was founded by Jason Hargett in January 2002, after he spent two years at YOUcentric, later JD Edwards, when YOUcentric was acquired by JD Edwards in 2001.
Jason studied graphic design at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and used the skills he acquired there to design custom user interfaces for individual YOUcentric customers.
Jason finished his education with a BSBA in Information Systems at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jason's primary function at YOUcentric was Java development.
